Formerly known at N1 Centre, the Angel Central Shopping Centre in London N1 has been sold to CBRE GI from Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate.
The group had owned the complex for five years, during which time the annual rent revenue was increased by 13.5% leading to an internal rate of return of 18% per year.
The complex, which opened in 2002 and occupies 151,000 sq ft in Islington, has a mix of retail units, restaurants, and leisure venues, includes a multiplex cinema and a music venue.
Dining brands at the centre include Itsu, Ed's Easy Diner, Bella Italia, Wagamama, and Gourmet Burger Kitchen among others.
