Two-Michelin-starred Ikoyi restaurant in London partners with Uber Eats

Executive Chef Jeremy Chan of the esteemed two-Michelin-starred Ikoyi in London has collaborated with Uber Eats to present a £60 tasting menu.

Inspired by Chef Chan's 'love of takeaways', the five-course menu pays homage to Ikoyi's distinctive flavors and culinary signatures.

Priced at £60, the menu offers the option to enhance the experience with a drinks pairing for an additional £25. Available exclusively to customers in central London, the offering will be accessible on May 10th and 11th.

The menu boasts delectable offerings such as mutton merguez paired with green goddess slaw, fried chicken with smoked scotch bonnet and raspberry, and jollof rice served alongside crab custard.

Following Uber Eats' collaboration with Gareth Ward's Ynyshir in November last year, Ikoyi has become the latest addition to the Uber Eats Hosts' series, showcasing another two-Michelin-starred restaurant.

Chan said: 'I often enjoy delivery food at home myself when I'm not working. When Uber Eats approached us, we were delighted to partner with them and share some of the tastes and flavours of Ikoyi for people to enjoy at home for the first time.'

Matthew Price, general manager UK, Ireland and Northern Europe at Uber Eats, added: 'We created our Uber Eats Hosts series to bring some of the nation's best, and often hard-to-access, restaurants to our customers. After the success of Ynyshir, we are so excited to bring Ikoyi on board in the next stage of our series. This menu is truly incredible and this will be the only chance to taste it!'

In 2017, Ikoyi was founded in London's Temple by co-founders Chan and Iré Hassan-Odukale.
