Paddy & Scotts opens two cafes and plans expansion

Artisan roasters Paddy & Scotts has opened two new cafés as part of a plan to open 20 cafes across the country.

The company, which currently supplies its coffee blends to retailers ranging from Tesco to farm shops, has opened the first two sites in Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds and Framlingham, Suffolk.

Co-owner Scott Russell said, ' The Bury and Framlingham cafés are new for us and owned by us. '

'We’re planning another two or three in the area and 15 others across the country.”
