London-based operator, Inception Group is set to open a cabin bar and dance saloon called Beaver Lodge in Chelsea, London. The bar will specialise in bourbon and American cocktails.
Inspired by 'winter cowboy log cabins' in the snowy mountains of Wyoming, the venue will feature cowboy memorabilia, stuffed grizzly bear, moose heads and beavers and a wood burning stove.
This is the seventh outlet for founders of the Inception group, Charlie Gilkes and Duncan Stirling, who also own Disco, Maggies, Barts, Bunga Bunga, Mr Foggs of Mayfair and Cocobananas.
Beaver Lodge is expected to open by the end of the year.
