Following a recent opening in Farringdon, Spanish restaurant operator, Iberica is to open its fifth outlet in London later this year with plans for 10 sites in total by 2016.
The group also operate sites in Great Portland Street, Canary Wharf, and Canary Wharf La Terraza, two of which also offer an authentic Spanish delicatessen.
Nacho Manzano, executive head chef, who holds three Michelin stars, produces an ever-evolving menu to combine traditional Spanish classics with innovative cuisine.
