myWaitrose app relaunch gives customers bigger saving on fave products

Waitrose is relaunching our myWaitrose loyalty programme on 23 February. The new launch will introduce even more personalised offers and discounts that will provide all our members with greater value, more flexibility, tailored offers and money off their weekly shop.

The companys said, 'We are refocusing and increasing our investment on the rewards that matter most, as well as expanding rewards for all customers. For the launch, all members will get 20% off service counter products from shopping basket staples through to specialist products from small suppliers every day of the week.'

The new look rewards will be split into Personalised Offers and Exclusive Savings categories awarded on a weekly and monthly basis respectively. There will be a focus on greater value for fresh, seasonal and British products, as well as a continued commitment to offer discounts on products that are unrivalled on quality and taste.

Personalised Offers will offer a unique selection of tailored offers, available every week with the breadth of choice dependent on how often you shop, meaning the more you shop, the more you can save. Vouchers can be accessed weekly via the myWaitrose membership hub to redeem online or in branch.

Exclusive Savings will offer myWaitrose members rewards across selected service counters with Fish Friday remaining throughout. Many of the products found on our counters are exclusive to Waitrose and made by specialist producers and growers from around the country.

Encouraging myWaitrose members to sample more of these products will provide a much needed boost to these smaller suppliers and will also allow customers to experience the unrivalled service offered by our meat, fish and cheese specialists.

Martin George, Waitrose Customer Director, said, “We want to reward our customers for their loyalty by giving them even better value without compromising on the taste and quality they expect from Waitrose. Our revamped myWaitrose helps customers save money on the products they buy the most.”
