Convenience shop and newsagent operator, McColl’s has welcomed its new Group Operations Manager, Christopher Rogerson.
Rogerson comes to McColl's from James Convenience Retail, where he spent three years as business manager for 25 stores with an annual turnover of £20m per annum. Prior to that, Rogerson was an area manager across South Yorkshire with Aldi.
This new position will see Rogerson in charge of around 40 outlets for McColl's, developing the teams at each store.
McColl's, which is headed up by Chief Executive Jonathan Miller, is a leading neighbourhood retailer with a network of 1,265 convenience stores and newsagents across England, Scotland and Wales.
