Oowee Vegan in Brixton Village to relaunch with new menu

On 12 April, Bristol-formed Oowee Vegan is relaunching its London site in Brixton Village with a brand new menu, for takeaway service and outside dining, following the successful launch of new sites in Dalston and Brighton in 2020, despite all odds.

The exciting and innovative new menu will include sumptuous Fried Chick’n tenders and popcorn Chick’n and a groundbreaking new burger line, featuring new ‘chicken’ burgers - The Flamin’ Hot Clucker and Ch’eef, as well as a single, double and triple classic cheeseburger.

Alongside this, customers can delve into Oowee’s Mac n’ Cheese, with its best cheese sauce yet and its Dirty Fries, with the new ‘Jalapeno Cheese’ or ‘Double Dirty’ option.

Oowee’s signature American style gravy is now available by the pot, as well as a range of new sauces - Mango Haberno, Oowee Hot Mayo and Korean BBQ, that sit alongside the classic Dirty Sauce, Baconnaise and Sriracha Mayo.

To finish, the brand's new cinnamon sugar churros with Biscoff and chocolate dips are a must have, all washed down with beer from Oowee's very own beer tap.

Oowee Vegan, Deliveroo’s Restaurant Of The Year 2019, is on a mission to be at the forefront of the vegan fast food market and the team works consistently to develop its offering to cement this position.

This year, it has taken its Oowee Fried Chick’n recipe to the next level with a new and improved recipe, made into Burgers, tenders and popcorn. The result is an unrivalled menu, full of choice, completely vegan, without any compromises on taste.

Charlie Watson, co-founder of Oowee Vegan, said, “We believe the future of fast food is animal free. Our goals are to create food that is mouth-watering, delicious and something everyone can enjoy.

'Our mission is to bring people together with our culture and our food, and having had great success in London so far, we can’t wait to get more involved in the world-famous London food scene as lockdown restrictions lift and we approach our one-year anniversary in the capital”.
