Thunderbird Fried Chicken to unveil rebrand at new Earls Court outlet


Thunderbird Fried Chicken, known for its award-winning wings, is heading to London SW5 for a 7 April opening. This will be followed closely Pergola Paddington on 12 April.

With outposts across the capital, the Earls Court branch marks a new era for the fast-growing brand. Stepping away from the big bold colours, the new opening will unveil a mini rebrand featuring a a softer colour palette and a new visual identity.

Opening initially for takeaway and delivery, with some brand new menu options, the Earls Court site will offer 47 covers inside and 16 outside when restrictions are lifted. Featuring high tables, booth seating, and a condiment station, customers will also be welcomed with digital menu boards, making everything as seamless and safe as possible.

On opening day, the first 50 customers will receive a free tray of six signature wings each, which are sure to fly out the kitchen in record time. Those who can’t get down to the new opening can get Thunderbird’s fried gold via Click & Collect, or on Deliveroo and Uber Eats too.

Thunderbird is known for game-changing golden fried chicken, alongside flavour-packed burgers, fiery, messy wings in innovative sauces and sides.

Hero dishes include: Chipuffalo Wings (voted best Buffalo Wings in London at WingFest), with chipotle-buffalo sauce, coriander, pickled celery and blue cheese dip); The Thunderbun Burger featuring chicken breast, smokey Awesome Sauce, topped with lettuce and pickles; and Meltdown Tater Tots - spuds covered in molten jalapeño-miso cheese, streaked with red pepper aioli, and spring onions.

For a sweet treat there's freshly fried churros, the cinnamon sugar-dusted dough sticks, that come with a choice of dips.
