Christie & Co has brought to the market, Urbanista Hotel in Liverpool City Centre, and is offered for sale on a long leasehold title of 250 years, at a nil rent. Serious offers are invited by Friday 29 January, based off a guide price of £1.5m.
The Urbanista Hotel, which only opened in December 2019, has 17 boutique-style bedrooms and suites which sleep up to 58 guests, with rooms made up of doubles, quads as well as larger suites. The property was refurbished in the first quarter of 2020 and done to a high specification throughout.
Ryan Lynn, Director at Christie & Co, who is handling the sale commented, “We see this as a fantastic opportunity for the buyer to take over a property that has been fully fitted out and refurbished in 2020.
