Chucs to open flagship restaurant next month with two cafes following


London-based dining group, Chucs is to open a new flagship restaurant, Chucs Belgravia this November, which will join those in Mayfair, Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Kensington.

Chucs will also be adding to its two-strong cafe portfolio, with two new openings by the end of the year.

Chucs Belgravia will be open seven days a week, operating a full service menu from the group’s largest restaurant to date with 55 covers. There is also room for over 100 standing and will feature a wraparound terrace, where guests can sip coffee alfresco or unwind over cocktails and cicchetti during the sunnier months.

New members of the Chucs Team include Alex Robertson, who joins as Chucs Belgravia’s General Manager following roles at some of London’s best established hospitality groups, including Hakkasan and Corbin & King.

Alessandro Piludu joins Chucs Belgravia as Head Chef, having spent the previous 14 years making his mark at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen in Westland Place.

A 120 bin wine list, featuring a wide selection of Italian bottles as well as international favourite’s, has been curated by Head Sommelier Stefano Barbarino.

The sister-concept to the 1950s-inspired swimwear brand founded by Charles Finch, the original Chucs on Mayfair’s Dover Street opened its doors in 2014.
