The UK and Europe’s largest fast-casual Mexican restaurant group, Tortilla is to open in Cabot Circus, a shopping centre in Bristol, this summer.
Tortilla serves real Californian burritos and tacos to eat in or take away. Fillings are prepared fresh in-store daily, and with a fully customisable menu, there’s a dish to suit all tastes.
The new site, which will run the chain's Meat-Free Monday deal, will offer the just-added new vegan option - pulled jackfruit filling. Also new to the barnd is a summer margarita – frozen with tequila and infused with Karma Cola Summer Orangeade.
Tortilla will join over 90 shops at the complex, including Harvey Nichols, a great mix of restaurants - like Bella Italia, Chopstix, Frankie & Benny's and Pizza Express - and a multi-screen cinema.
