The spotlight was also on Deputy General Manager of Holiday Inn London Camden Lock, Elena Monserrate, who was named ‘Best Colleague’ during the celebrations.

Neil Taylor, Chief Operating Officer at RBH, said, “We are very proud of the achievements of team RBH at IHG Star Awards, with six awards secured on the night.

“We have an exceptionally talented team across the board, with certain hotels and individuals shining bright. The categories that RBH excelled in really highlight our overall commitment to providing a first class guest experience across our portfolio.

“I look forward to seeing what next year’s awards ceremony brings, and I am sure that each of our IHG hotels will be striving to achieve an accolade.”

Philip Taylor, IHG Hotel Performance Delivery Director UK&I, said, “I would like to say a big well done to the winning hotels for continuing to 'fly the flag' with at least one winner from each of the IHG brands under RBH management winning an award.”
