Rosa's Thai Cafe chain is bringing its Laos Cafe pop-up to a permanent site in London's Covent Garden on 15 December.
The 60-cover restaurant is set across two floors and will be serving up traditional Lao salads, curries and chargrilled dishes.
There will be platters from the pop-up such as Isaan mini sausages (saigrok-isaan), Chargrilled seabass (pla-yang) with chilli dip, fresh herbs & vegetables, and Freshly-made coconut ice-cream.
The drinks menu will include Thai Chang Beer, and Spanish house red and white wines.
Rosa's Thai Cafe currently operates seven branded restaurants across London.
