Working with Scotland Food & Drink, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts are seeking new Scottish suppliers to feature on their menus, and are looking for exceptional quality, innovative products with great provenance.
Macdonald Hotels & Resorts is the largest privately owned hotel chain in the UK, with 45 hotels across the country, and 14 located in Scotland.
The hotel group, which comprises 4 & 5 star hotels and resorts, has a strong Scottish heritage, showcased throughout all their establishments, including their restaurants and menu concepts. All meat, fish and salmon is sourced from Scotland, along with a number of other Scottish products. All products are centrally procured.

Macdonald Aviemore Highland Resort, Aviemore - 15 September
This is a unique opportunity to meet with the food and drink buyers and the chefs of Macdonald Hotels & Resorts.
This opportunity is suitable for companies that comply with the following:
• Grower, producer or manufacturer
• Have a foodservice product offering, suitable for a 4 & 5-star hotel menu
• Quality, innovative produce or products, with a provenance story
• Ideally, artisanal or craft made
• SALSA or BRC accredited
• Capability to supply direct or via one of Macdonald Hotels logistics/wholesale partners
Businesses will be pre-selected by application. Shortlisted companies will be notified in advance. Companies are required to submit an application form for review prior to selection by Macdonald Hotels.
