Gusto is to create 60 jobs at a new £1m 4,000 sq ft restaurant and bar due to open in Leamington next month.
The Leamington opening, which is the brand's first restaurant in the Midlands, will follow hot-on-the-heels of hugely successful openings in Leeds and Lytham.
Refurbishment work is now well underway to create the new 160-cover outlet, which is located within the town’s ‘food quarter’ in Regent Court on Livery Street.
The refurbishment will include and outside terrace to seat 40 people.
The Gusto brand offers more than 50 cocktails and a ‘classic and contemporary’ menu using fresh ingredients to offer a wide choice of premium British and European dishes.
