Everards is planning to build a £30m brewery and visitor centre in Leicestershire by next summer, and a 30,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution centre at Optimus Point.
The development, known as Everards Meadows, will sit on land between Soar Valley Way and the Leicestershire Police headquarters in Enderby, forming a wider programme of regeneration in the area.
Visitors will be able to watch beer production from viewing platforms, experience tasting in purpose-made sampling rooms and utilise new conferencing facilities.
The plans also include a cafe bar, restaurant and state-of-the-art cycling centre.
