Gate Ventures Food Transport has been awarded a new two year contract with Harrison Catering Services.
The deal will see the school meal division of the GV Group transporting an additional 300,000 meals a year to primary schools across the London Borough of Bexley.
Nicola Turk, director of group schools at Harrison, said, “While Harrison’s foodservice is based around a fresh food offer, prepared from scratch on-site, for those schools where we have to produce food off-site and transport it, we have chosen a trusted partner in Gate Ventures.

Turk continued, “We’ve been really impressed by Gate Ventures’ service history and the team’s ability to stay one step ahead of potential problems, thanks to a combination of the latest GPS technology, sector expertise and on-the-ground knowledge.
“Punctuality is crucial – there is no room for error with school meals – they have to be served at an exact time to fit in with the school timetable.”
Gate Ventures Food Delivery solely focuses on food delivery within the Education Sector, Social, Healthcare and B&I.
