Coffee shop chain, Caffe Nero has introduced a new hot food menu with a selection of Italian-style dishes, to be eaten in-store or taken away.
The new menu features oven-baked pasta dishes with a choice of Beef Bolognese or Chicken Pesto. The layered pasta dishes include two options as well - Mushroom & Spinach Risotto, and Vegetable Pasta Arrabbiata, which is suitable for vegans too.
There are also flatbreads that come topped either with Tomato, Pesto & Mozzarella, or Chargrilled Vegetable & Mozzarell
To encourage consumers to take lunch, the company has released relevant research which shows that 9.5% of Britons do not take a lunch break and 15% eat at their desks.
However, the study also showed that for those who do take lunch, 37.9% felt re-energised and 16% felt more motivated.
