The One Group has signed an agreement to open STK Rebel Edinburgh in 2017.
The new location marks The One Group’s first STK Rebel location outside of North America, and the first standalone restaurant in the UK and Europe.
STK Rebel Edinburgh will open in the South St. Andrew Square development, a joint venture between Standard Life Investments and Peveril Securities.
The 165,000 sq ft mixed-used development will also feature retail, office space and residential property, and is adjacent to high-end department store Harvey Nichols.
The One Group plans to continue to grow the STK Rebel brand and aim to open 100 locations globally.
The firm currently operates one restaurant in the UK which opened in 2012. STK London is situated within the ME London hotel on The Strand.
