Italian casual dining chain, Prezzo has signed a 25-year lease on one of the units next to Farnborough’s new Vue cinema.
The company, which operates over 200 restaurants throughout the UK, has taken the 3,000 sq ft unit adjacent to the multi-screen complex, which opened in Kingsmead in May.
Farnborough's town centre has seen St Modwen’s £80m redevelopment of The Meads which has already provided a new Sainsbury’s store, 70 apartments, a 77-bedroom Travelodge and refurbishment of the 560-space car park at Kingsmead.
Since its launch, the redevelopment project has welcomed, amongst others, JD Wetherspoon and Starbucks.
It is hoped that with the opening of Vue’s seven-screen cinema and the new Prezzo restaurant, this latest stage of the development will make Farnborough town centre a true leisure destination.
