Private equity firm, Starwood Capital Group has put Hawkstone Park hotel in Weston-under-Redcastle, Shropshire on the market for offers in excess of £6m.
The three-AA-star, 66-bedroom hotel, which incorporates a golf club with two 18-hole championship courses and a six-hole academy course, is situated within 400 acres of grounds.
Hawkstone Park is currently part of Principal Hayley hotels acquired by Starwood Capital in 2013 for £356m.
Starwood Capital was selling seven Principal Hayley hotels, alongside 11 sites within De Vere Venues, for a figure of around £180m
