Jason Atherton hotel restaurant launches summer terrace with Italicus cocktails


Café Biltmore Restaurant & Terrace by Jason Atherton, located within the luxury hotel, The Biltmore Mayfair, has just launched a spring/summer makeover for its outdoor dining space this season, partnering with the award winning Italian aperitivo brand, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto.

The Mediterranean summer terrace will have a black and white design mosaic floor inspired by the renaissance period, leafy foliage and a bespoke terrace cocktail bar, from which they will be serving Italicus cocktails.

Grown, harvested and distilled in Italy, Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto delivers fresh tones of ripe bergamot, balanced with a light bitter and floral spice, making it the ideal touch to summer drinks al fresco on the 70-capacity terrace.

Especially created serves for the summer all include Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, where guests can choose from Il Citrus: Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, tequila Reposado, banana infused agave, lime Juice and black walnut bitters; Italicus Spritz: Rosolio di Bergamotto with Champagne and olives; Italicus Sgroppino: a refreshing mix of Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto with citrus sorbet and sparkling wine as well as an exclusive Italicus Lemon and Gin Sorbet, for the ideal way to indulge in the summer sunshine.

Guests attending the Café Biltmore Brunches can enjoy bottomless Italicus Spritz cocktails paired perfectly with modern, light dishes such as Chickpea fritta, fennel & herb salad, pomegranate, hummus, Pistachio, corriander & yoghurt dip with feta and vegetable salad, Green Thai curry with mussels & coconut, pak choi salad and brown rice, Wild garlic risotto, braised morels, aged parmesan

Drinks and delicious dining are not all that Café Biltmore have covered this season! Guests can enjoy the beats of the med with a live DJ programme to run through the summer on Wednesday to Saturday evenings from 6 to 10pm and live music continues al fresco at the Saturday and Sunday brunch (11am – 5pm) as it moves outside.
