Honi Poke set to open twelfth site in Victoria next week

London-based Hawaiian poke chain, Honi Poke has announced it will be giving away £1 poke bowls to celebrate the opening of its twelfth site in Victoria at the end of the month.

To mark the brand’s further expansion which follows its Fulham and Southbank openings just this year, as well as Hawaiian Independence Day at the end of the month, Honi Poke Victoria will offer £1 poke bowls, available for dining in and collection from opening until 2.30pm on 30 November and 1 December, paying homage to the country from which it takes inspiration for its incredibly fresh and nutritious poke bowls.

The new Victoria site will be situated on Palmer Street, just a short walk away from Hyde Park, providing the perfect location for a grab and go lunch with friends.

Guests can choose from signature house bowls including the Honi Poke with Scottish salmon or the Ahi Poke with yellowfin tuna, special bowls including the recently launched Chicken Katsu, and Sriracha Salmon, as well as their popular vegan bowls including the Avocado and Mango and the Falafel bowl.

Hawaiian Independence Day, which marks the day that Great Britain and France formally recognised the Hawaiian Islands as an independent state in 1843, will be celebrated at the new Victoria site which will see inspiration from Hawaii, as found in all of Honi Poke’s sites, from the ingredients used in each bowl to the interior design, reflecting the calming vibes of the beaches of Hawaii, and with ‘honi’, meaning ‘kiss’, reflecting the traditional Hawaiian greeting in which two people press noses.

Honi Poke was founded in 2017 by Vladimir Martynov and Kosta Varesko, with the help of Richard de la Cruz, development chef for COYA London and head chef at Arros QD. The new Victoria location joins Honi Poke’s existing ten site portfolio across London, as well as their first nationwide site which opened in Manchester in July.
