Whipped London, an independent dessert concept which specialises in cheesecake, will be opening its doors in south London's Brixton Village on 15 September.
After finding success with their first shop in Covent Garden, co-founders Alice Churchill and Jamie Musialek look forward to welcoming guests at their second outlet.
Churchill is a Michelin-trained chef with 15 years of high end patisserie experience, and throughout her career she has learnt techniques and flavour combinations, which have all helped build Whipped from an idea to a functioning concept.
The menu includes: 15 cheesecake flavours such as Red velvet & brownie, Mango, coconut & fresh lime, and Honey-coma cookie pie with molten cookie dough, topped with lotus gelato, honeycomb, homemade dulce de leche and biscuit pieces.
There will also be sundaes such as Cheesecake Knickerbocker, layer cakes including Sticky Toffee and Supermalt Devil’s cake, cheesecake tacos and cookies. There will be also vegan options in the sundae and cookie ranges.
Milkshakes will come in flavour combinations including Biscoff Caramel and Cookies & Cream. There will also be unique cocktails and drinks added to the menu in the coming months.
