Farmison & Co collaborates with Arabica for Middle Eastern BBQ Box

Just in time for the summer sunshine and BBQs, modern award-winning online butchers, Farmison & Co has launched a Middle Eastern BBQ Box in collaboration with London’s mezze masters, Arabica.

Yorkshire-based Farmison & Co and Arabica have come together for flavourful yet delicate spicing from the Levant region, and award-winning sustainable, quality meats, to make for grilling greatness this summer, delivered right to your door from 8th June until stocks last.

The feasting box includes all the components for a spice sensation al fresco feast. First, seven spice free-range chicken wings have been pre-marinated in a yoghurt base, ready to be chargrilled on the BBQ.

Fragrant, lightly spiced Yorkshire lamb kofta mix is flecked with fresh chilli and tangy Pul Biber to cut through the sweet richness of the lamb. The mixture only needs rolling into balls before finishing off with flaky sea salt and sandwiched between warmed flat bread.

Two Farmison’s flank steaks, sourced from grass fed herds of free range cattle, and dry age-matured in Farmison’s dedicated dry-aging store, are accompanied by Arabica aromatic, Yemeni-style green Zhug, made with chilli peppers and fresh green herbs to be drizzled over.

Sides complete the spread with traditional flat bread, perfect for tearing and sharing, a jar of Za’atar to sprinkle over side salads and a creamy Tahini to drizzle over the meat.

This absolute feast of a box contains only responsibly sourced ingredients, with all of the meat procured from local, small-holding farms - always free range, naturally fed, British and from heritage breeds and a pinch or two of Arabica spicing to make your BBQ .
