Savills, on behalf of private clients, has completed the sale of Boskerris Hotel in Carbis Bay, St Ives, at a price in excess of the guide price. Carbis Bay will host the G7 Summit in June 2021.

Boskerris Hotel comprises 15 individually styled en suite bedrooms, a one bedroom apartment and modern three bedroom cottage.
Located in a prominent position on the North Cornish Coast, the hotel has far reaching views across St Ives Bay and the North Atlantic Ocean beyond.
Amenities include a restaurant that can seat 26 guests, private dining area with 11 covers and bar, lounge and sun terrace which overlooks St Ives Bay with 21 covers inside and al-fresco seating for 19.
There is car parking for 18 cars and two Tesla charging points for exclusive use of guests.
Carbis Bay is a popular seaside resort town and beach on the North Cornish coastline, offering around a mile long Blue Flag beach.
