New head chef at Jersey restaurant retains Michelin-star for 17th year

Bohemia Restaurant, located within The Club Hotel & Spa in Jersey, is delighted to announce it has retained its Michelin-star for a 17th year, the first star under new Head Chef Callum Graham, who was appointed in January 2020.

Bohemia remains the only restaurant in Jersey (and Channel Islands) to hold a Michelin-star, and this is the first star Callum has achieved in his career to date. At 29-years-old, Graham is the youngest chef to ever be awarded a Michelin-star in the Channel Islands.

Graham learned his craft in France and Switzerland before joining Bohemia as Senior Chef de Partie, moving his way up in the kitchen, before being promoted to Head Chef last January.

Since opening, Bohemia has helped put Jersey firmly on the gastronomic map as a food-lovers destination, with the Michelin Guide 2021 highlighting 'Jersey’s ingredients are well-represented' on Bohemia’s menus.
