Modern Californian restaurant in Soho, London, Sola has launched a luxurious Thanksgiving menu for home delivery.
Priced at £140 per two people and available for delivery nationwide, the menu comprises traditional Thanksgiving favourites presented in chef-patron Victor Garvey's refined contemporary style.
The indulgent feast starts with Native Lobster Salad, Sauce Ame´ricaine; Cold Terrine of Turkey & Duck Liver with Quince Jam; and Cardoons au Gratin with 36 Month Comté and Black Truffle.
The centrepiece Roulade of Copas Turkey with Toasted Brioche & Thyme Stuffing is accompanied by sides of French Bean Casserole and Smoked Yukon Gold Potato Mash, with Homemade Cranberry Jelly and Black Truffle & Vin Jaune Gravy.
For dessert, there is Chocolate Croustillant, Hazelnut and Sea Salt, and a Mini Pumpkin Pie.
Orders can be placed online at solasoho.com from tomorrow, 18 November. Deliveries will be made on Wednesday 25 November, the day before Thanksgiving; orders for nationwide delivery can be placed until 22 November and for deliveries within the M25 orders can be made as late as Tuesday 24 November.
Food will be sent chilled in insulated packaging, with straightforward instructions for cooking and finishing. A selection of wines from SOLA's all-American list will also be available to complete the experience.
