Puttshack announces restructure of UK leadership team

Puttshack, the leading technology-driven indoor mini golf experience, has announced a restructure of its executive team, assigning new roles and responsibilities to Logan Powell and Hugh Knowles.

Logan Powell (pictured right), in addition to his role as Group CFO, has been named Puttshack’s UK President.

Having joined the company in 2019, Powell has become increasingly more involved with all aspects of the business, with his financial, strategic, and operational leadership having proved invaluable as the company continues to navigate the Covid-19 pandemic and looks to continue Puttshack’s growth.

Hugh Knowles (left) has been appointed UK Managing Director and will continue to lead on UK growth whilst helping to facilitate Puttshack’s global expansion to become a major international brand. He will also assume responsibility for site operations in the UK.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in both property and operations and a career spanning over 25 years in the leisure sector, Knowles has been integral to Puttshack’s success.

To best prepare for the reopening of their Lakeside and White City venues back in August, many team members have taken on different responsibilities, with Powell and Knowles’ roles having been adapted to fully reflect their contributions to the company.

Joe Vrankin, CEO of Puttshack, said, “We made the decision to restructure our executive team to facilitate the smooth reopening of our White City and Lakeside venues, ensuring we continued to provide fun, clean and safe experiences to our guests.

'We’re also confident that this move will best prepare us for the upcoming year after what has been a very challenging time for the entire hospitality industry.

'Both Logan and Hugh have been key to Puttshack’s growing success and I am delighted to announce these changes as they more fully reflect their contributions.”

Puttshack’s White City and Lakeside venues are open to the public with a number of Covid secure measures in place, ensuring the safety of their team and guests whilst continuing to provide a great competitive socialising experience.
